The year is over, and it’s time to say goodbye to all of our favorite AMC shows currently streaming on Netflix. Anne Rice’s Mayfair Witches Season 1 (August 19)
Anne Rice’s Mayfair Witches is a gothic horror thriller drama series co-created by Michelle Ashford and Esta Spalding. Based on Anne Rice’s novel trilogy titled Lives of the Mayfair Witches, the AMC series follows Dr. Rowan Fielding, a neurosurgeon who discovers that she comes from a long line of witches and her ancestors have been haunted by a sinister spirit. Dark Winds Seasons 1-2 (August 19)
Dark Winds is a psychological crime thriller drama series created by Graham Roland. Based on the Leaphorn & Chee novel series by Tony Hillerman, the AMC series is set in the American Southwest in the 1970s, and it revolves around Navajo Tribal Police officers Joe Leaphorn and Jim Chee as they investigate a brutal murder. Fear the Walking Dead Seasons 1-8 (August 19)
Fear the Walking Dead is a post-apocalyptic horror drama series co-created by Robert Kirkman and Dave Erickson. Based on the comic book series of the same name by Kirkman, Tony Moore, and Charlie Adlard, the AMC series serves as a prequel to the original series and it revolves a dysfunctional Los Angeles family as they try to survive the zombie apocalypse. Gangs of London is a British action crime thriller drama series co-created by Gareth Evans and Matt Flannery. Based on the video game of the same name developed by London Studio, the AMC+ series is set in the underworld of London and it revolves a brutal gang war after the head of the most powerful crime family is assassinated. Interview with the Vampire Season 1 (August 19)
Interview with the Vampire is a gothic horror vampire dark fantasy series developed by Rolin Jones. Based on The Vampire Chronicles by author Anne Rice, the AMC series follows vampire Louis de Pointe du Lac as he recounts his life story to journalist Daniel Molloy. Interview with the Vampire stars Jacob Anderson, Sam Reid, Eric Bogosian, Bailey Bass, Assad Zaman, Delainey Hayles, and Ben Daniels.
Into the Badlands Seasons 1-3 (August 19)
Into the Badlands is a sci-fi action drama series co-created by Alfred Gough and Miles Millar. The AMC series is set in a post-apocalyptic world, and it follows Sunny, a warrior, as he decides to betray his master and protect a young boy, leaving him no choice but to fight for survival in the badlands. Monsieur Spade is a neo-noir mystery crime drama series co-created by Scott Frank and Tom Fontana. Based on The Maltese Falcon character of the same name, the AMC series is set in the 1960s in the South of France and it follows a retired Sam Spade as he gets embroiled in the brutal murder investigation of six beloved nuns. The Terror Season 1 (August 19)
The Terror is a supernatural horror drama anthology series developed by David Kajganich. Based on the 2007 novel of the same name by Dan Simmons, the AMC series’ first season revolves around a navy ship crew on a voyage in the Arctic to find the Northwest Passage, but they soon find themselves stranded, and the extreme weather begins to damage their psyche. The Walking Dead: Daryl Dixon (August 19)
The Walking Dead: Daryl Dixon is a post-apocalyptic horror drama series created by David Zabel. Based on the character of the same name from The Walking Dead, the AMC series is the fifth spin-off of The Walking Dead and is set after the events of the original series. It follows Daryl Dixon as he washes ashore in France and tries to figure out how he got there.
