The Studio is one of the most hilarious and brilliant shows of 2025, and that’s why Apple TV+ gave it an early renewal for Season 2, and now it’s coming out that the camera will soon begin rolling on the upcoming season.
The second season of Seth Rogen‘s comedy series is slated to begin production in Los Angeles on December 3, 2025, and the filming is supposed to wrap up by March 19, 2026.
Created by Seth Rogen, Evan Goldberg, Peter Huyck, Alex Gregory, and Frida Perez, the Apple TV+ series follows Matt Remick, the newly appointed head of Continental Studios, a failing Hollywood film production company. Matt tries to make good movies and make money, but his ambitions are undercut by his people-pleaser personality.
Alongside Rogen, The Studio also stars Catherine O’Hara, Ike Barinholtz, Chas Sui Wonders, and Kathryn Hahn. The Studio Season 1 also featured various cameos from industry heavyweights, including Martin Scorsese, Zoë Kravitz, Paul Dano, Zac Efron, Antony Starr, Zack Snyder, Aaron Sorkin, Steve Buscemi, Charlize Theron, and Johnny Knoxville.
