The fans of The Equalizer franchise just got a brilliant first look at Denzel Washington getting back into action with the third Equalizer film. The Equalizer 3 will once again follow Washington’s silent vigilante Robert McCall as he kills baddies left and right.
Back in 2018, the director of the upcoming film Antoine Fuqua expressed that he wanted to take the franchise into an international setting, and it seems like he got his wish. The Equalizer 3 began filming on the Amalfi Coast in Italy. The first look photos shared by Sony also reveal that Washington will be joined by Dakota Fanning and Gaia Scodellaro.
Based on the 1985 TV series of the same name, The Equalizer follows Robert McCall, a former United States Marine and DIA intelligence officer, who finds himself brought out of retirement again and again because he wants to help the vulnerable people around and also save them from the dangers that are always just around the corner.
