If you loved the new Suits spin-off series Suits: L.A., then we have some bad news for you, as NBC has decided not to continue the spin-off series. Suits L.A. will be the second spin-off to be canceled after only a single season, with Pearson being the first.
There could be many reasons behind NBC’s decision to cancel the Suits L.A. series as the flagship series is one of the most watched shows of recent times and given its p opularity NBC had high expectations from the spin-off but their expectations never materialized even with the original creator Aaron Korsh and fan-favorite Gabriel Macht and Rick Hoffman reprising their roles of Harvey Specter and Louis Litt.
Suits L.A. stars Stephen Amell as Ted Black, Lex Scott Davis as Erica Rollins, Josh McDermitt as Stuart Lane, Bryan Greenberg as Rick Dodsen, Maggie Grace as Amanda Stevens, Alice Lee as Leah Power, Kevin Weisman as Lester Thompson, Sofia Pernas as Elizabeth Smith, and Troy Winbush as Kevin.
Suits L.A. is set in Los Angeles, and it follows Ted Black, a former federal prosecutor based in New York who came to L.A. to reinvent himself. He is now one of the top lawyers in L.A. and runs an extremely successful firm with some very powerful clients.
The Suits spin-off series is not the only show to get axed by NBC, as other NBC shows like The Irrational, Found, Night Court, and Lopez vs Lopez have also been axed.
