HBO Max has just revealed a new teaser for the much anticipated Season 4 of its hit comedy-drama series Succession. The ten-second teaser was revealed during HBO and HBO Max’s upcoming line-up of shows trailer for 2023.
The teaser for Succession Season 4 shows us an undefeated Logan Roy (Brian Cox) vowing to the people in the room that he will never give up. “This is not the end. We’re killing the opposition. I’m going to build something better, faster, meaner, wilder,” Logan says. “I love it here. I fucking love it!” The scene also shows us Tom Wambsgams (Matthew Macfadyen) standing beside Logan and we also get a glimpse of the Roy siblings looking somewhat lost and Cousin Gregg clapping with the crowd.
This scene comes after the monumental events of the Season 3 finale, in which Logan has decided to sell Waystar Royco and crushed his children who were trying to stop him by renegotiating his divorce settlement with Caroline and getting the supermajority, and leaving the Roy siblings with no control over the company. This clip could mean that after selling Waystar Royco, Logan might be starting a new company and this is his battle cry for his staff.
Succession series also stars Jeremy Strong as Kendall Roy, Kieran Culkin as Roman Roy, Sarah Snook as Shiv Roy, Nicholas Braun as Cousin Greg, Alan Ruck as Connor Roy, Peter Friedman as Frank, J. Smith-Cameron as Gerri, Dagmara Dominczyk as Karolina, Justine Lupe as Willa, David Rasche as Karl Muller, Fisher Stevens as Hugo Baker, Hiam Abbass as Marcia Roy, Arian Moayed as Stewy, and Alexander Skarsgård as Lukas Matsson.
While there is still not a confirmed release date for Succession Season 4, we might not be wrong in thinking that Season 4 might premiere on HBO and HBO Max in early 2023. Because the scripts for the upcoming season were completed in May 2022 and the filming began in June. Usually, a single season of Succession approximately takes six or seven months time for filming to be done and then the series goes into post-production. Check out the teaser below:
