This upcoming month will see the release of many great movies, so we thought of compiling a list of all the must-watch films that are coming straight to Theaters near you.
Thunderbolts* (May 2)

Thunderbolts* is a superhero action film directed by Jake Schreier from a screenplay co-written by Eric Pearson and Joanna Calo. Based on Marvel Comics, the 2025 film follows Yelena Belova, Bucky Barnes, Red Guardian, Ghost, Taskmaster, and John Walker as they team up to survive a deadly trap laid out by Valentina Allegra de Fontaine. Thunderbolts* stars Florence Pugh, Sebastian Stan, Wyatt Russell, Olga Kurylenko, Lewis Pullman, Geraldine Viswanathan, Chris Bauer, Wendell Pierce, David Harbour, Hannah John-Kamen, and Julia Louis-Dreyfus.
Final Destination: Bloodlines (May 16)

Final Destination: Bloodlines is an upcoming supernatural horror film co-directed by Zach Lipovsky and Adam Stein from a screenplay co-written by Guy Busick and Lori Evans Taylor. The upcoming film is the sixth installment in the Final Destination film franchise, and it follows a college student who must save her family from impending doom, which she saw in her nightmares. Final Destination: Bloodline stars Kaitlyn Santa Juana, Teo Briones, Richard Harmon, Owen Patrick Joyner, Anna Lore, Brec Bassinger, and Tony Todd.
Mission: Impossible – The Final Reckoning (May 23)

Mission: Impossible – The Final Reckoning is an upcoming spy action film directed by Christopher McQuarrie, who also co-wrote the screenplay with Erik Jendresen. The upcoming film is the eighth installment in the Mission: Impossible film franchise, and it continues the story of Ethan Hunt and his IMF team as they race against time to save the world from an AI known as the Entity. Mission: Impossible – The Final Reckoning stars Tom Cruise, Hayley Atwell, Ving Rhames, Simon Pegg, Henry Czerny, and Angela Bassett.
Lilo & Stitch (May 23)

Lilo & Stitch is an upcoming sci-fi comedy-drama film directed by Dean Fleischer Camp from a screenplay co-written by Chris Kekaniokalani Bright and Mike Van Waes. The upcoming film is the live-action remake of the 2002 animated film of the same name, and it follows a young girl and a runaway alien who become friends. Lilo & Stitch stars Sydney Elizebeth Agudong, Billy Magnussen, Tia Carrere, Hannah Waddingham, Chris Sanders, Courtney B. Vance, Zach Galifianakis, and Maia Kealoha.
Karate Kid: Legends (May 30)

Karate Kid: Legends is an upcoming martial arts drama film directed by Jonathan Entwistle from a screenplay by Rob Lieber. The upcoming film is the sixth installment in The Karate Kid franchise, and it follows Li Fong, a kung fu prodigy, as he moves to New York City with his mother. He soon enters a karate competition to help a friend and learns from Mr. Han and Daniel LaRusso. Karate Kid: Legends stars Jackie Chan, Ralph Macchio, Ben Wang, Joshua Jackson, Sadie Stanley, and Ming-Na Wen.
