Peacock is ready with an entertainment-packed June this year. The upcoming month will see the release of the much-anticipated Season 4 of the sci-fi comedy-drama series Resident Alien, as well as the streaming release of the new Syfy series Revival. Night Swim (June 5)

Night Swim is a 2024 supernatural horror film written and directed by Bryce McGuire. Based on McGuire and Rob Blackhurst’s 2014 short film of the same name, it revolves around the Warren family as they move into a suburban house and discover a swimming pool in their backyard. However, they soon realize that the pool is haunted by a sinister entity. Night Swim stars Wyatt Russell, Kerry Condon, Amélie Hoeferle, Gavin Warren, Jodi Long, and Nancy Lenehan.

Ticket to Paradise (June 9)

Ticket to Paradise is a romantic comedy film directed by Ol Parker, who also co-wrote the screenplay with Daniel Pipski. The 2022 film follows David and Georgia Cotton, a divorced couple who join hands to sabotage their daughter’s impulsive wedding in Bali. Ticket to Paradise stars George Clooney, Julia Roberts, Kaitlyn Dever, Maxime Bouttier, Billie Lourd, and Lucas Bravo.

Are You There God? It’s Me Margaret. is a coming-of-age comedy-drama film written and directed by Kelly Fremon Craig. Based on the 1970 novel of the same name by Judy Blume, the 2023 film is set in the year 1970, and it follows Margaret, an 11-year-old girl, as she moves to a new town and begins questioning her life and relationships, but to understand it all, she depends on her loving mother and grandmother. Are You There God? It’s Me Margaret. stars Rachel McAdams, Abby Ryder Fortson, Elle Graham, Benny Safdie, and Kathy Bates.

Drive-Away Dolls (June 12)

Drive-Away Dolls is a crime comedy film directed by Ethan Coen, who also co-wrote the screenplay with Tricia Cooke. The 2024 film is set in 1999 and it follows Jamie and Marian, two lesbian best friends who set out on a road trip looking for a fresh start but they soon find themselves in a deadly criminal scheme. Drive-Away Dolls stars Margaret Qualley, Geraldine Viswanathan, Beanie Feldstein, Colman Domingo, Pedro Pascal, Bill Camp, and Matt Damon.

Resident Alien Season 4 (June 13)

Resident Alien is a sci-fi mystery comedy-drama series created by Chris Sheridan. Based on the comic book of the same name by Peter Hogan and Steve Parkhouse, the upcoming Season 4 of the Syfy series continues the story of Harry as he is taken prisoner by the Grey on the moon with baby Bridget. When Harry escapes and makes his way to Earth, he finds a shapeshifting Mantid alien who has taken his appearance and is pretending to be him. Resident Alien stars Alan Tudyk, Sara Tomko, Corey Reynolds, Alice Wetterlund, Levi Fiehler, Judah Prehn, and Elizabeth Bowen.

Migration (June 19)

Revival Season 1 (June 19)

Revival is an upcoming supernatural horror noir mystery drama series created by Aaron B. Koontz and Luke Boyce. Based on the comic series of the same name by Tim Seeley and Mike Norton, the Syfy series is set in a rural Wisconsin town, and it revolves around a mysterious phenomenon later named as the “Revival Day,” during which recently deceased come to life with all of their memories and personalities intact. It follows Dana Cypress, the local police officer, as she investigates a murder involving both the living and the undead. Revival stars Melanie Scrofano, Romy Weltman, David James Elliott, and Andy McQueen.
