Just like every month, Netflix is ready to overload you with great content. So, we’re here to tell you about the seven new movies and shows coming to Netflix in June 2025.
Ginny & Georgia Season 3 (June 5)
Ginny & Georgia is a comedy-drama series created by Sarah Lampert. The upcoming season 3 of the Netflix series continues the story of the mother-daughter duo Ginny and Georgia after Georgia is arrested for murder during her wedding. This makes life for Ginny and everyone in the Miller family extremely difficult, which tests their deep bonds. Ginny & Georgia stars Brianne Howey, Antonia Gentry, Felix Mallard, Sara Waisglass, Diesel La Torraca, Jennifer Robertson, Scott Porter, Raymond Ablack, Katie Douglas, Chelsea Clark, and Nathan Mitchell.
Tires Season 2 (June 5)
Tires is a workplace comedy series co-created by Shane Gillis, Steve Gerben, and John McKeever. The upcoming Season 2 of the Netflix series will continue the story of Will as he struggles to keep his family’s auto-repair chain profitable while dealing with his obnoxious cousin and employee, Shane. Tires stars Shane Gillis, Steve Gerben, Chris O’Connor, Kilah Fox, Stavros Halkias, and Thomas Haden Church.
Tyler Perry’s Straw (June 6)
Straw is an upcoming thriller film written and directed by Tyler Perry. The Netflix film follows Janiyah Wiltkinson, a single mother who finds herself in an impossible situation after her daughter falls ill and she now has to make a dangerous decision. Straw stars Taraji P. Henson, Sherri Shepherd, Teyana Taylor, Sinbad, Rockmond Dunbar, Ashley Versher, Mike Merrill, and Glynn Truman.
Fubar Season 2 (June 12)
Fubar is a spy action comedy-drama series created by Nick Santora. The upcoming Season 2 of the Netflix series will continue the story of the extended Brunner family as they try to stay alive after their real identities were revealed to the world’s most dangerous criminals. They soon discover that there might be a mole in their group and must fight against a powerful new enemy from Luke’s past. Scandal Seasons 1-7 (June 17)
Scandal is a political thriller drama series created by Shonda Rhimes. The ABC series is set in Washington, D.C., and it follows Olivia Pope, a former media consultant to the President of the United States, who now manages her own PR crisis management firm. The Waterfront Season 1 (June 19)
The Waterfront is an upcoming crime drama series created by Kevin Williamson. Inspired by true events, the Netflix series is set in North Carolina and it follows the dysfunctional Buckley family who are about to lose their fishing empire and to stop that from happening they turn to a life of crime. The Waterfront stars Holt McCallany, Maria Bello, Melissa Benoist, Jake Weary, Rafael L. Silva, Humberly González, Danielle Campbell, and Brady Hepner.
Squid Game Season 3 (June 27)
Squid Game is a South Korean dystopian survival thriller horror series created by Hwang Dong-hyuk. The upcoming third and final season of the Netflix series will see the epic conclusion of Gi-hun’s fight against the people who run the game that has killed so many people.
