Hulu is one of the best places to find the best movies and TV shows you can watch on any streaming service. Every month, it adds hundreds of new titles to its content library. Kandahar (May 16)

Kandahar is a spy action thriller film directed by Ric Roman Waugh from a screenplay by Mitchell LaFortune. The 2023 film is loosely based on true events, and it follows Tom Harris, a freelance undercover operative working for the CIA with his translator. When his covert mission is exposed, he must flee from Afghanistan to save his life. Kandahar stars Gerard Butler, Navid Negahban, Ali Fazal, Bahador Foladi, Nina Toussaint-White, Vassilis Koukalani, Mark Arnold, Corey Johnson, and Ravi Aujla.
Sundown (May 16)

Sundown is a drama film written and directed by Michel Franco. The 2021 film follows a quiet man from London on vacation with his family in Acapulco, Mexico. When he gets a phone call informing him that his mother has died and everyone must return home, he realizes that he doesn’t want to go home and lies to his family about loosing his passport. Sundown stars Tim Roth, Charlotte Gainsbourg, and Iazua Larios.
The Immaculate Room (May 16)

The Immaculate Room is a psychological thriller drama film written and directed by Mukunda Michael Dewil. The 2022 film follows Mikey and Kate, a young and happy couple who join a psychological experiment in order to win $5 million. To succeed in completing the experiment, they must spend 50 days in a sleek white room without any contact from the outside world. The Immaculate Room stars Emile Hirsch, Kate Bosworth, Ashley Greene, and M. Emmett Walsh.
Slash/Back (May 17)

Slash/Back is a Canadian sci-fi thriller film directed by Nyla Innuksuk, who also co-wrote the film with Ryan Cavan. The 2022 film is set in the remote community of Pangnirtung, Nunavut, and it revolves around four girls who are big fans of horror and alien movies. When local people begin disappearing, they discover that a shapeshifting alien is behind them. Slash/Black stars Tasiana Shirley, Alexis Vincent-Wolfe, Nalajoss Ellsworth, and Chelsea Prusky.
A Taste of Hunger (May 25)

A Taste of Hunger is a Danish romantic drama film directed by Christoffer Boe, who also co-wrote the screenplay with Tobias Lindholm. The 2021 film follows a middle-aged couple who work hard and sacrifice everything they hold dear to get the much-coveted Michelin star. A Taste of Hunger stars Katrine Greis-Rosenthal, Nikolaj Coster-Waldau, Flora Augusta, Charlie Gustafsson, August Vinkel, Nicolas Bro, and Maj-Britt Mathiesen.
