‘The Continental’ Gets an Official Check-In Date

The John Wick universe is bringing you a three-night special event about The Continental, and now we’ve officially found out the check-in date. The Continental: From the World of John Wick is a new spin-off series premiering exclusively on Peacock on September 22.

The Continental is being produced by Lionsgate Television for STARZ, and it will be a three-night special television event. The series will be set in 1975 New York City and it will focus on a young Winston Scott (who is played by Ian McShane in John Wick films) as he tried to take control of the famous hotel.

The Continental stars Colin Woodell as the young Winston Scott with Ayomide Adegun taking on the role of a young Charon. The series also stars Mel Gibson as Cormac, Misha Prada as NYPD detective KD, Jeremy Bobb as Mayhew, Jessica Allain as Lou, Hubert Point-Du Jour as Miles, Nhung Kate as Yen, and Ben Robson as Frankie Scott.

The Continental: From the World of John Wick is all set to premiere on Peacock with its first episode on September 22, with Episode 2 coming on September 29, and the finale episode concluding the series on October 6. Check out the teaser, official synopsis, and images for The Continental below:

“The three-part event will explore the origin behind the iconic hotel-for-assassins centerpiece of the John Wick universe through the eyes and actions of a young Winston Scott, as he’s dragged into the Hell-scape of 1970’s New York City to face a past he thought he’d left behind. Winston charts a deadly course through the hotel’s mysterious underworld in a harrowing attempt to seize the hotel where he will eventually take his future throne.”
