Netflix has released the first look from its upcoming limited series Queen Charlatte, prequel of Bridgeton. This Netflix’s limited series starring India Amarteifio (Sex Education) as Young Queen Charlotte. Netflix has released the first look during its TUDUM Event.
This spin-off series was first announced last year, series set decades before the events of Bridgerton, “how the young Queen’s marriage to King George sparked both a great love story and a societal shift, creating the world of the Ton inherited by the characters in Bridgerton,” according to a plot description. Queen Charlotte: A Bridgerton Story is written and executive produced by Shonda Rhimes, who also serves as showrunner.
