Pitch Perfect is making a comeback in form of a television series at Peacock. Peacock has announced a straight-to-series order for a new untitled series which will be set in the Pitch Perfect universe. The upcoming series will be a spinoff of the Universal Pictures film series titled Pitch Perfect. The series will star Adam Devine, who also starred in the films as Bumper Allen.
The series is going to take place several years after the original Pitch Perfect trilogy, and it will Devine’s Bumper Allen as he moves to Germany to revive his music career, after one of his songs becomes a big hit in Berlin.
The series will be executive produced by Devine, Pitch Perfect 2 director Elizabeth Banks, Max Handelman, Paul Brooks, and Scott Neimeyer.

And to top it off, we are so fortunate that Adam Devine is headlining the series and bringing fans the quirky, laugh-out-loud sensibility they loved in the film franchise.”
The Pitch Perfect spinoff series will be going into production with two other adaptations, including Field of Dreams and Ted.
