That Christmas is an animated Christmas fantasy comedy film directed by Simon Otto from a screenplay co-written by Richard Curtis and Peter Souter. Based on Curtis’ That Christmas and Other Stories, the 2024 film follows a series of entwined tales of family, friends, love, loneliness, and Santa’s big mistake. That Christmas’ voice cast includes Brian Cox, Fiona Shaw, Jodie Whittaker, Bill Nighy, Lolly Adefope, Alex Macqueen, and Katherine Parkinson.

The Netflix film follows Patri, an overbearing mom who is struggling to connect with her son, and to fix that she decides to take him and his friends on a camping road trip while looking for some way to connect with her son.
