Georgie & Mandy’s First Marriage Season 1 (August 7)
Georgie & Mandy’s First Marriage is a sitcom series co-created by Chuck Lorre, Steven Molaro, and Steve Holland. The CBS series is a follow-up to Young Sheldon, and it follows the daily married life of Georgie Cooper and Amanda “Mandy” McAllister as they raise their daughter while living with Mandy’s family. Georgie & Mandy’s First Marriage stars Montana Jordan, Emily Osment, Rachel Bay Jones, Will Sasso, Dougie Baldwin, and Jessie Prez.
Normal (August 14)
Normal is an action comedy film directed by Ben Wheatley from a screenplay by Derek Kolstad. The 2025 film is set in the fictional town of Normal, Minnesota, and it follows Ulysses, the newly arrived sheriff, as he discovers a town-wide conspiracy after a botched bank robbery puts his life in danger. Normal stars Bob Odenkirk, Henry Winkler, Lena Headey, Reena Jolly, and Ryan Allen.
Lanterns (August 16)
Lanterns is an upcoming superhero action detective drama series co-created by Chris Mundy, Damon Lindelöf, and Tom King. Based on the characters from DC Comics, the HBO series follows veteran Green Lantern Hal Jordan as he reluctantly coaches his replacement John Stewart, but their investigation into a murder leads to them getting embroiled in a deadly conspiracy. Lanterns stars Kyle Chandler, Aaron Pierre, Kelly Macdonald, and Nathan Fillion.
Mother Mary (August 21)
Mother Mary is a psychological drama film written and directed by David Lowery. The 2026 film follows Mother Mary, a world-famous pop star, as her entire life turns upside down after she reunites with her former costume designer, who makes her face her past. Mother Mary stars Anne Hathaway, Michaela Coel, Hunter Schafer, and Sian Clifford.
Abbott Elementary Season 5 (August 22)
Abbott Elementary is a mockumentary-style workplace comedy series created by Quinta Brunson. The fifth season of the ABC series sees the teachers and staff at Abbott Elementary returning for a new school year during which they face several challenges, including the heartbreaking breakup of Janine and Gregory.
