Based on Martha Wells‘ brilliant sci-fi book series The Murderbot Diaries, the sci-fi action comedy series Murderbot is one of the most unique sci-fi shows of recent times. Created by Paul and Chris Weitz, the Apple TV+ series follows a partly biological security cyborg who hacked its Governor module and gained its freedom, but it can’t tell anyone because if anyone found out, they would melt it. It is soon purchased by a group of misfit scientists who take it on a dangerous expedition.
