Get ready for another true crime drama by Hulu, and this time, the new series will chronicle one of America’s most shocking crimes. Based on Mandy Matney‘s Murdaugh: Death in the Family, the true crime drama series is co-created by Michael D. Fuller and Erin Lee Carr.
The Hulu series is set in South Carolina, and it follows the influential Murdaugh family, with its main focus on the matriarch and patriarch of the family, Alex and Maggie Murdaugh. After Alex and Maggie’s son, Paul, is found to be involved in a deadly boat crash, their hidden secrets begin to come to light, leading to a shocking crime.
