If you loved the recently released British crime drama series, MobLand, then we have some good news for you as Paramount+ recently took to social media to announce that they have renewed the Tom Hardy crime drama series for a second season with Hardy, Pierce Brosnan, and Helen Mirren to return in their respective roles.
Created by Ronan Bennett, the crime drama series follows Harry Da Souza, a fixer working for the Harrigans, a London crime family, as they get into a war with a rival crime family. Now it’s up to Harry to make sure that the Harrigans win the war or at least get out of it alive.
MobLand ended its first season run just three weeks ago, and it proved extremely popular for Paramount+, and that’s why the streamer was quick to renew the extremely entertaining crime drama series for a much-deserved second season. With a tagline reading, “They may have won the battle, but will they win the war?” Paramount shared on social media that they have given the green light to Bennett to create a second season of MobLand.
MobLand stars Hardy as Harry Da Souza, Brosnan as Conrad Harrigan, Mirren as Maeve Harrigan, Paddy Considine as Kevin Harrigan, Joanne Froggatt as Jan Da Souza, Lara Pulver as Isabella “Bella” Harrigan, Anson Boon as Eddie Harrigan, Mandeep Dhillon as Seraphina Harrigan, Jasmine Jobson as Zosia, Daniel Betts as Brendan Harrigan, Geoff Bell as Richie Stevenson, Janet McTeer as Kat McAllister, Jordi Mollà as Jaime Lopez, and Toby Jones as Colin Tattersall.
