Directed by Shana Feste, Run Sweetheart Run tells the story of Cherie (Ella Balinska), an executive secretary and a single mom who agrees to go on a blind date set up by her boss (Clark Gregg). When she goes on the date she finds a charming man Ethan (Pilou Asbæk), who after a romantic invites Cherie to his house. But when she goes there everything goes horribly wrong in the worst ways and she bolts out of there to save her life, and while she is running without her shoes and with her dress ripped. Cherie finds out that she is being hunted and she has to be on the run constantly to save her life.
Runs Sweetheart Run also stars Shohreh Aghdashloo (The Flight Attendant), Betsy Brandt (Breaking Bad), Aml Ameen (I May Destroy You), and Dayo Okeniyi (See).
Run Sweetheart Run – Where & When to Watch it?
Run Sweetheart Run will be exclusively premiering on Prime Video. The film will be coming to streaming on October 28, 2022. Run Sweetheart Run made its world debut at the 2020 Sundance Film Festival and it was originally supposed to release in theaters on May 8, 2020, but it was delayed because of the pandemic.
