Chris Hemsworth has provided his fans with an all-new behind-the-scenes look at his upcoming sequel to the 2020 film Extraction. The BTS look was revealed during Netflix’s global fan event TUDUM.
In the clip, we can see a lot of action happening behind the scenes which should translate into a hell of a thrill ride. We see Hemsworth going through a lot of danger to make some memorable action scenes and a lot of inventive set pieces with stunt veteran Sam Hargrave returning to the director’s chair and Joe Russo will pen the script.
The first Extraction film premiered on Netflix in 2020 and became one of the most-watched Netflix original films. Extraction tells the story of Tyler Rake as a mercenary, who is hired to rescue the kidnapped son of an Indian drug lord. At the end of the first film, the fate of Tyler Rake was unclear as he was shot and was believed to be dead, but that may not be the case.
Extraction 2 will be coming to Netflix in 2023.
