Published on

HBO Max has renewed the fan-favorite DC series Doom Patrol for its fourth season. The superhero series follows a group of superpowered misfits as they deal with their issues and traumas as well as occasionally save someone. The renewal announcement of the series came today as a part of this year’s DC FanDome event.

The news of Season 4 confirmation also came with a mid-season trailer for Doom Patrol’s third season, which is currently streaming on HBO Max. So, far in this season, we’ve seen the series shaken up by the arrival of April de Mille aka Madam Rouge (Michelle Gomez), who apparently has deep ties to Niles Caulder aka The Chief (Timothy Dalton).

Doom Patrol Season 3 is currently available for streaming on HBO Max, where you can also watch the first and second seasons of the series. No release date for Season 4 has been announced yet.

Doom Patrol Season 3 (Synopsis): Season three opens on the culmination of Dorothy’s (Abi Monterey) confrontation with the Candlemaker that leads to a devastating loss. The Doom Patrol is at a difficult crossroads and each member struggles to face who they are and who they want to be. And things get a whole lot more complicated when Madame Rouge (Michelle Gomez) arrives in a time machine with a very specific mission, if only she could remember it.
