Chaos Walking is a sci-fi action drama film based on Patrick Ness’s novel of the same name. It stars Tom Holland (Spider-Man: Far From Home), Daisy Ridley (Star Wars), Mads Mikkelsen (Hannibal), and Nick Jonas (The Jonas Brothers).

Chaos Walking is coming out on the VOD platform on March 5, which means a day after tomorrow, and critics have labeled it a hit and a miss, even though it is a sad thing to say but that’s what everyone expected.

Let Me Explain:

Chaos Walking is a great novel and Patrick Ness is brilliant, but the film never really garnered much attention even though it stars literally Spider-Man and Rey from Star Wars, and that was because the concept just seemed a bit disorienting, not disorienting like Christopher Nolan’s Tenet because that was a masterpiece (that’s right haters) by disorienting I mean annoying it has a very solid cast but neither Holland‘s charm nor Ridley‘s intensity shines out in the film and it just fell flat.

Chaos Walking will definitely get some or even a minimum amount of attention because of who it stars, but almost nobody will remember it for its storytelling. The early reviews for Chaos Walking are not very good, earning only 22% on Rotten Tomatoes the future for this Holland‘s flick seems bleak, but who knows it might become a cult classic for Patrick Ness‘s novel fans.

Chaos Walking will be out in no time, and then you can tell us your views on the film in our comment section, until then let’s pray that Chaos Walking is that kind of film which critics hate and the general audience loves.
