Netflix has finally announced the release date of Brooklyn Nine-Nine Season 7 but it will only air for Netflix users in UK/IE.
Brooklyn Nine-Nine Season 7 will be premiering on Netflix on 28 March 2021, but it will only air for the streaming service users in UK/IE.
While making the announcement the streaming service wrote on twitter, “The best day of the year is when we can *actually* give you an answer when you ask where the next season of B99 is. Today is that day“.
“Brooklyn Nine-Nine S7 comes to Netflix UK/IE on 26 March.”Then Netflix added, “Nice to see that, as tradition dictates, there are people asking for S8 already…”
Season 8 of Brooklyn Nine-Nine recently started filming and is set to air this year, but the exact date has not been announced yet.
The creators scrapped the first four episodes and started over to include the recent outrage against the police and to pay respects to George Floyd and the movement name Black Lives Matter.

Andre Braugher (Raymond Holt) explained, “We’re going into an eighth season with a new challenge, which is that everyone’s knowledge and feelings about police… have been profoundly affected.” He continued and said “What we have from [creator] Dan is a commitment to write a smart show that will not attempt to hide itself in a fantasy.”
“So the Nine-Nine is going to have to deal with what we know about the New York Police Department.”
Andy Samberg (Jake Peralta) also said , “The challenge is going to be being honest about what is going on in the world and not shying away from the fact that there are serious problems, and also not punishing viewers who like our show and care about our characters.”
“Our characters need to examine their roles in the world. They’re going to be forced to look in the mirror and see who they’re complicit with.”
