The 1993 film is set in the 1970s in Austin, Texas, and it revolves around a group of teenagers on their last day of high school as they try to attend a party at the local pool. The Departed is a crime thriller film directed by Martin Scorsese from a screenplay by William Monahan. Based on the 2002 Hong Kong film Infernal Affairs, the 2006 film is set in Boston, and it follows an undercover agent and a crooked police officer as they try to keep themselves from being exposed while trying to get into the inner circle of an Irish criminal gang.
