Hey buffs, there is something not very exciting as Billy Crudup has left the Flash movie due to dates and schedules. But the cast for playing Barry’s mother has already been confirmed. It will be played by Maribel Verdu.

The Spanish actress has been chosen to play Barry’s mother, Nora for the upcoming Flash movie. The cast is all set to replace father’s love with a mother.

So fans, our Ezra Miller aka Flash aka Barry will get a father. Warner Bros. has officially announced that The Flash, barring any significant delays, will be arriving in theaters on July 1, 2022.

Andy Muschietti joined on as director, Christina Hodson is the screenwriter. According to THR, Billy Crudup has had to drop out of the DC blockbuster due to scheduling conflicts with Apple+’s The Morning Show. Crudup was set to play Barry’s father, Henry Allen, again after his cameo in Justice League, but the studio will likely look to alter the part now.

Enthusiasts might acknowledge Verdú in Alfonso Cuaron’s Y Tu Mama Tambien and Guillermo del Toro’s Pan’s Labyrinth.

Billy Crudup is a fantastic actor and will be missed by his lovers but let’s see what Nora has to bring for us.

According to the reports, the story goes around Barry screwing up the timeline by going to history to save his mother from dying. Prepare yourself for twists changes and some beginnings in the story.
