The live-action series adaptation of The Sandman comic book series is finally coming to Netflix this year. The Netflix series will have many iconic DC Comics heroes and villains in key roles. The comic book series ran from 1989 to 1996 with great responses from critics and readers alike. The Sandman comic book series was created and written by Neil Gaiman, who is also serving as an executive producer on the Netflix series. While it is confirmed that the series will be airing on Netflix this year, we still don’t know when it will come so we have made a list of the best shows you can watch while waiting for the first season of the highly anticipated The Sandman.
