The brilliant FX series stars Jim Jefferies as a fictionalized version of himself as he tries to make his big break into Hollywood with the help of his neurotic best friend and roommate Steve (Dan Bakkedahl) and also Steve’s brother Billy (DJ Qualls), who has advanced-stage muscular dystrophy.
