The Evil Dead Original Film Series (June 1)

Evil Dead II (Synopsis): Ash is back…and his second trip to a remote cabin where the woods are infested by bloodthirsty demons proves even messier than the first! Sam Raimi’s hit sequel finds Ash (Bruce Campbell) battling evil demons, his possessed pals and even his own severed hand by way of shotgun, shovel, axe and chainsaw. ‘Never lets up’ (Los Angeles Times).
Army of Darkness (Synopsis): It’s time to kick some Ash! The relentlessly abused star of the first two ‘Evil Dead’ films returns for more punishment in this third insane installment in the series. Awakening in medieval times, the ever-resilient Ash battles countless demons and an army of the dead as he goes in search of a legendary book of the dead that is his only hope for returning to the 20th century.
Dumb and Dumber (June 1)
Synopsis: For Harry and Lloyd every day is a no-brainer. Jim Carry and Jeff Daniels star as two good-natured but incredibly stupid friends who drive across the United States to return a client’s briefcase in this comedy blockbuster.
Jackie Brown (June 1)
Synopsis: Jackie Brown (Pam Grier) supplements her meager income as a stewardess by smuggling cash into the U.S. for gunrunner Ordell Robbie (Samuel L. Jackson), until the day an ATF agent and an L.A. cop bust her at the airport. The cops pressure her to help them bring down Ordell, threatening prison if she refuses. With a sympathetic bail bondsman, Jackie arrives at a bold plan to play the opposing forces against each other. Ordell’s confederates, Louis Gara (Robert De Niro) and Melanie Ralston (Bridget Fonda) who have agendas of their own, complicate matters. By appearing to cooperate with both sides, Jackie attempts to outfox them both and walk away with a half million-dollar payday.
Moneyball (June 1)
Synopsis: Oakland A’s general manager Billy Beane (Brad Pitt) challenges the system and defies conventional wisdom when his is forced to rebuild his small-market team on a limited budget. Despite opposition from the old guard, the media, fans and their own field manager (Philip Seymour Hoffman), Beane – with the help of a young, number-crunching, Yale-educated economist (Jonah Hill) – develops a roster of misfits…and along the way, forever changes the way the game is played.
Ready Player One (June 1)
Synopsis: The film is set in 2045, with the world on the brink of chaos and collapse. The Lodge (June 1)
Synopsis: A bone-chilling nightmare from the directors of Goodnight Mommy, The Lodge follows a family who retreat to their remote winter cabin over the holidays. When the father (Richard Armitage) is forced to abruptly depart for work, he leaves his children, Aidan (IT’s Jaeden Martell) and Mia (Lia McHugh) in the care of his new girlfriend, Grace (Riley Keough). Isolated and alone, a blizzard traps them inside the lodge as terrifying events summon specters from Grace’s dark past.
The Idol Season 1 (June 4)
Synopsis: After a nervous breakdown derailed Jocelyn’s (Lily-Rose Depp) last tour, she’s determined to claim her rightful status as the greatest and sexiest pop star in America. Her passions are reignited by Tedros (Abel “The Weeknd” Tesfaye), a nightclub impresario with a sordid past. Will her romantic awakening take her to glorious new heights or the deepest and darkest depths of her soul?
Avatar: The Way of Water (June 7)

Awkwafina Is Nora From Queens Season 3 (June 15)
Synopsis: Awkwafina stars as Nora Lin in this series based on her life in Queens, NYC. Raised alongside her cousin by her dad and grandma, Nora leans on her family as she navigates young adulthood.
The Righteous Gemstones Season 3 (June 18)
Synopsis: THE RIGHTEOUS GEMSTONES tells the story of a world-famous televangelist family with a long tradition of deviance, greed, and charitable work. When the spoiled Gemstone children finally get their wish to take control of the Church, they discover leadership is harder than they imagined and that their extravagant lifestyle comes with a heavy price.
And Just Like That… Season 2 (June 22)
Synopsis: The eleven-episode second season of the Max Original series AND JUST LIKE THAT…, from executive producer Michael Patrick King, will debut with two episodes on THURSDAY, JUNE 22 on Max. The following nine episodes will premiere weekly on Thursdays.
