New Weekly K-Drama Coming to Netflix

Law School

Premiere Date: April 14, 2021 (new episodes Wednesday & Thursday)

Law School was recently announced to be coming to Netflix and is currently the only New K-Drama series coming in April. The story of Law School sounds really similar to ABC’s How To Get Away With Murder.

In South Korea’s top law school, former elite prosecutor Yang Jong Hoon works as a professor and expects the high standards he had from his students.


New Netflix Original K-Drama Movies Coming to Netflix

Night In Paradise (2021)

Director: Park Hoon Jung

Release Date: April 9, 2021

Park Hoon Jung directed this Netflix original drama stars Um Tae-goo (Age of Shadows) and Jeon Yo-been (Vincenzo) in lead roles.

The film will focus on Tae-Soo, as he tries to leave his gang, his actions lead to the murder of his sister and nephew, now on the run from his gang Tae-Soo lands on Jeju island where he meets Jae-Yoon, a terminally ill woman who has given up on life.

Release Date: February 20, 2021 and Finale Date: April 25, 2021

At the age of eight Park Ju Hyeong is adapted by an Italian family and sent to be raised in Italy. Years later he has changed his name to Vincenzo Casano and has become a lawyer for Italian mafia family. Because of some tensions between Vincenzo and the mafia, he leaves for South Korea where he meets Hong Cha Young a passionate lawyer and they team up to bring down an evil corporation

Sisyphus: The Myth

Release Date: February 17, 2021 and Finale Date: April 8, 2021.

Genius engineer Han Tae Sul is the co-founder of Quantum and Time. Even though the company is looked at as a great success the truth is the value of the company has fluctuated for the past ten years since the death of Tae-Sul’s brother. Meanwhile, Tae-Sul is being followed by Kang Seo Hae a very deadly soldier.

Hello, Me!

Release Date: February 17, 2021 and Finale Date: April 8, 2021

The series follows thirty-seven-year old Ban Ha Ni who hold a temporary job and fears that she will someday get fired, she hopes to find a husband but her shy and timid attitude allows people to walk all over her. One day she encounter herself when she was seventeen years old and full of hope.

Navillera

Release Date: March 22, 2021 and Finale Date: April 27, 2021

Navillera centers on Shim Deok Chool, a seventy-year-old retiree who aspires to be a ballet dancer, throughout his life he has always put his family before his dream and now he wants to follow his passion so he joins a ballet class where he meets 23-year-old Lee Chae Rok whose passion for ballet is fading out until he meets Shim Deok Chool.
