Jason Statham is back with a sequel to his hit shark action film The Meg titled Meg 2: The Trench. While the Meg films never had the substance of Jaws, it sure does know how to entertain an audience and Meg 2 delivers on that perfectly. Meg 2 sees our Jonas once again taking on sharks and fighting for the survival of his own life and the life of the people around him. Meg 2: The Trench doesn’t shy away from looking silly and nonsensical and it is better for it. So, if you also loved Meg 2: The Trench here are some similar movies that you should watch next.
