The shows and films in this list are ranked according to their availability dates.

10 Cloverfield Lane (September 1)

Synopsis: Outside is dangerous…inside is terrifying in the heart-pounding new thriller from producer J.J. Abrams. After a catastrophic car crash, a young woman (Mary Elizabeth Winstead, A Good Day to Die Hard) wakes up in a survivalist’s (John Goodman, Argo) underground bunker. He claims to have saved her from an apocalyptic attack that has left the outside world uninhabitable. But, as his increasingly suspicious actions lead her to question his motives, she’ll have to escape in order to discover the truth.

Arrival (September 1)

Synopsis: When mysterious spacecrafts touch down across the globe, an elite team – lead by expert linguist Louise Banks (Amy Adams) – is brought together to investigate. As mankind teeters on the verge of global war, Banks and the team race against time for answers – and to find them, she will take a chance that could threaten her life, and quite possibly humanity.

Hugo (September 1)

Synopsis: Set in 1930s Paris, an orphan who lives in the walls of a train station is wrapped up in a mystery involving his late father and an automaton.

Long Shot (September 1)

Synopsis: Fred Flarsky (Seth Rogen) is a gifted and free-spirited journalist with an affinity for trouble. Charlotte Field (Charlize Theron) is one of the most influential women in the world. Smart, sophisticated, and accomplished, she’s a powerhouse diplomat with a talent for…well, mostly everything. The two have nothing in common, except that she was his babysitter and childhood crush. When Fred unexpectedly reconnects with Charlotte, he charms her with his self-deprecating humor and his memories of her youthful idealism. As she prepares to make a run for the Presidency, Charlotte hires Fred as her speechwriter, much to the dismay of her trusted advisors. A fish out of water on Charlotte’s elite team, Fred is unprepared for her glamourous lifestyle in the limelight. However, sparks fly as their unmistakable chemistry leads to a round-the-world romance and a series of unexpected and dangerous incidents.

Seven Psychopaths (September 1)

Synopsis: From the team who created IN BRUGES, comes Seven Psychopaths, an inventive, violent, hilarious film that retains the deft writing and comically twisted creativity about moralistic criminals that made In Bruges a cult classic. Novice screenwriter Marty (Farrell) has come down with a bad case of writer’s block and is struggling to find inspiration for his new script “Seven Psychopaths”. All he needs is a little focus and some deranged oddballs for inspiration. Billy (Rockwell) is Marty’s best friend, an unemployed actor and part-time dog thief, who wants to help Marty, by any means necessary. Hans (Walken) is Billy’s partner in crime. Charlie (Harrelson) is the psychopathic gangster whose beloved dog, Billy and Hans have just stolen. Charlie is unpredictable, extremely violent and wouldn’t think twice about killing anyone and anything associated with the theft. Marty is going to get all the focus and inspiration he needs, just as long as he lives to tell the tale.

The Wrath of Becky (September 4)

Synopsis: Two years after she escaped a violent attack on her family, Becky attempts to rebuild her life in the care of an older woman – a kindred spirit named Elena. But when a group known as the “Noble Men” break into their home, attack them, and take her beloved dog, Diego, Becky must return to her old ways to protect herself and her loved ones.

Reno 911! Season 7 (September 6)

Synopsis: The brave men and women of the Reno Sheriff’s Department, led by Lieutenant Jim Dangle, attempt to keep the streets safe from criminals — and themselves.

Star Trek: Lower Decks Season 4 (September 7)

Synopsis: In Season 4 of Star Trek: Lower Decks, an unknown force is destroying starships and threatening galactic peace. Luckily, the crew of the U.S.S. Cerritos isn’t important enough for stuff like that! Instead, Ensigns Mariner, Boimler, Tendi, Rutherford and Provisional Ensign T’Lyn are keeping up with their Starfleet duties, avoiding malevolent computers and getting stuck in a couple caves – all while encountering new and classic aliens along the way.

Dreaming Whilst Black Season 1 (September 8)

Synopsis: Dreaming Whilst Black is loosely inspired by real-life events, following Kwabena (Salmon), an aspiring filmmaker stuck in a dead-end recruitment job who takes the first step to achieving his dream. However, he is quickly confronted with the tribulations of balancing finances, love and his own sense of reality. Streaming September 8 with the Paramount+ with SHOWTIME plan.

The Gold Season 1 (September 17)
