Scott Pilgrim Takes Off is a comedy-action animated series created by Bryan Lee O’Malley and BenDavid Grabinski. The Netflix series is based on a graphic novel titled Scott Pilgrim by O’Malley, and it is set in an alternate world than we saw in the graphic novel and the 2010 Edgar Wright adaptation. In the new series, we see Scott losing his battle with Ramona’s first Evil Ex and dying, but when Ramona finds out that Scott might not be dead. She investigates his disappearance. The whole cast from the 2010 film return to voice their respective characters including Michael Cera, Mary Elizabeth Winstead, Chris Evans, Kieran Culkin, Anna Kendrick, Aubrey Plaza, Brie Larson, Jason Schwartzman, Satya Bhabha, and many more.
