This brilliant mockumentary about mascots, who gather every year for an annual competition is made by the filmmaker Christopher Guest, and it stars Jane Lynch, Fred Willard, Chris O’Dowd, and Guest himself.

Scott Pilgrim Vs. The World
This Edgar Wright film is the best video game movie out there, and it also has Wright’s signature innovative editing and tight cinematography. Scott Pilgrim Vs. The World stars Michael Cera and Mary Elizabeth Winsted in the lead characters.

This goofy comedy starring Julian Dennison and Sam Neill is created by the brilliant and eccentric Taika Waititi.

This teen movie about romance and friendships offers something new, in a tired trope. Instead of fighting over the boy they both like one of them is dating the guy and the other one is his ex, both girls become friends and keep the friendship secret from the boy. Banana Split stars Hannah Marks, Megan Kimberly Smith, and Dylan Sprouse in the lead role.

I Care A Lot
This Netflix original is written and directed by J Blakeson, and it stars Peter Dinklage, Rosamund Pike, and Eliza Gonzalez. It is a dark comedy and it will premiere on the streaming service on February 19.
